1. What products do we provide?
We custom lapel pins, medals, challenge coins, belt buckle, cufflinks, bottle opener, tie clip, dog tags, key chaine, patches, etc.

2. What information do you need for quotes?
Product material, thickness, size, quantity, process, design(artworks with pantone color number), plating, accessories, packagings, etc. 

3. What is your MOQ? Can I mix up designs to meet the minimum quantity?
In general, our MOQ is 50pcs for EACH custom design. And we are glad to quote you on any other quantity you may need.
　
4. Do you offer samples before mass production?
Yes, of course. We offer pre-production samples with only a mold charge. Sampling takes approximately
7-10 days and mass production another 10-15 working days. 
　
5. Do you do custom designs? And will I receive an art proof before production?
Yes, we will send you a proof in 1-3 workdays after receiving your order.
Production begins only after we get your approval of the artwork.
　
6. What is your production lead time?
Production lead time depends on production process and order quantity. Normally the mass production leadm time is is around 7-15 workdaysafter receiving payment and your artwork approval.

7. How could i pay my order?

8. Do you offer a quality guarantee?
Yes, We offer 100% quanlity guarantee. For improper production, we will either refund you the money, or rapidly rework the products for you.
